Various databases allow you to set up search alerts, journal alerts, or RSS feeds. "Create alerts" buttons are typically located near the search bar or at the top of the results list.
Creating alerts and RSS feeds require you to create an individual account in the database. Doing so will also allow you to retrieve search histories and save articles, depending on the database's capabilities.
